Terry's Green Ginger Smoothie

Servings x2 (mostly greens)

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 fist parsley (or another herb)
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbs lime juice or lemon juice
  • Optional – One can coconut milk (if using coconut milk, reduce water to one cup)
  • Optional – a handful of ice cubes
  • 2 tbs olive oil (or other Good Fat)

 

Combine all ingredients in a blender on high until smooth… Enjoy!
